Open fireplace in lounge with patio windows leading to the downstairs terrace with dining table and chairs which overlooks the pool . Large pool with sunloungers and a side gate.

Lagoa is around 10km away. Plenty of golf courses nearby . Small cafes and a bar 5 mins from Villa and a small Portugese town within walking distance with a nice Italian restaurant. There are a few restaurants towards Salgados which is a 10 min drive.

how to find the property:

Approximately 40mins from faro. 30 mins on A22 or Follow N125 towards Portimao go past Albufeira turn off. Past Algarve shopping in Guia Left turn into Pera, follow road to the bottom left turn at the end in the village and villa is 2nd on the left on the corner after the row of Townhouses.
